Sharna Barnes
Chief Exexcutive Officer
Sharna Barnes is a Certified Residential & Commercial Specialist with over 12 years of experience in Labor Management and Project Management. She boats a Project Management Certification from the Department of Transportation and Sharna has achieved success due to her commitment to providing quick turnaround or a Commitment to Excellence!
Sharna also has a broad background in construction contract scenarios, including design-build, guaranteed maximum price (GMP), cost plus fixed fee, and hard bid. She is responsible for all the firm’s bidding opportunities and estimations.
Outside of work, Sharna enjoys spending time with her husband and traveling the world.

Jacques Joseph
Vice President
Jacques is responsible for total project management including controlling budgets, negotiating subcontracts, and providing day-to-day communication with the project team to ensure jobs remain on schedule and within budget. A team player, Jacques holds an excellent track record of strong working relationships with owners, environmentalists, and engineers, resulting in successful experiences.
Jacques has over 20 years’ experience overseeing all phases of temporary labor projects, including infrastructure, higher education, restaurant, grocery, and retail projects for both public and private sector clients. Other highlights of his work include extensive HVAC improvements, site improvements, utility relocations, asbestos abatement, concrete tilt-up construction, and tenant improvement projects of both occupied and unoccupied spaces.
Outside of work Jacques enjoys being outdoors and traveling with his wife. He can find peace and happiness on either the beach or snow-capped mountains.

Hannielle Joseph
Office Manager
With over 6 years of experience in professional office executive assistant positions and a track record of strong performance in high-volume, high-pressure environments, Hannielle skillfully manages administrative duties and client relations for her colleagues at J&B Services Inc.
As Office Manager, she ensures the smooth operation of the firm with her robust knowledge of office management and efficient handling of client inquiries, consultations, and timely access to Project Managers and Estimators as required. Hannielle also provides support to the CEO and VP in fulfilling their ongoing professional development, training workshops, and seminar presentations.
Hannielle is active in the community and volunteers her time at the Buildable Life Agency (BLA) as a Community Outreach Worker.
